Celebrated on October 16th, “National Boss’ Day” has become an international celebration and is observed in countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, India, South Africa, Ireland, and Egypt.
Boss’ Day has come a long way from being only a note of appreciation given to the senior in charge to being a mark of great respect on both ends. The role of a boss was previously just to give orders and supervise work. Now, it revolves around being a mentor, a team leader, a motivator, and encouraging subordinates to conduct actions in a particular manner to achieve the best possible results.
